Crimp Connector Supplier
An crimp connector is an electrical connector designed to work at radio frequencies in the multi-
megahertz range. Crimp connector is typically used with coaxial cables and are designed to maintain
the shielding that the coaxial design offers. Better models also minimize the change in transmission
line impedance at the connection. Mechanically they provide a fastening mechanism (thread, bayonet,
braces, push pull) and springs for a low ohmic electric contact while sparing the gold surface thus
allowing above 1000 reconnects and reducing the insertion force. Research activity in the area of radio-
frequency (RF) circuit design has surged in the last decade in direct response to the enormous market
demand for inexpensive, high data rate wireless transceivers.
Crimp F-connector Series

Features:
· One-piece crimp design, eliminates lost or mismatched components
· provides 360-degrees contact to the cable, providing excellent RF shielding integrity, complete seal to
the cable jacket to lock out moisture.
· The radial design reduces the possibility of an impedance problem and can defeat ingress/egress
at the connector.
· Large ferrule surface insures proper RF and digital interface.
· Free spinning nut, 11mm hexagon(7/16-inch compatible)
· Quality brass plated Nickel
· Up to 1GHz with excellent overall performance
· Moisture-proof through durability design and implementation of UV ozone-resistant EPDM o-rings
· Wide hexagon nut for ease of tightening
· Pull strength much better than cable specification
· RoHS compliant
· All facilities meet ISO 9002 standards
Band width: DC~1GHz
Return Loss: > 25dB@ 1GHz
Insertion Loss : <0.2dB@ 1GHz
Temperature Range: -40~+60°C
Impedance: 75 Ohms
Interface: Meet SCTE IPS SP 401
As the industry's premiere connectors the F Connectors remain the most cost-
effective line for the satellite and jumper market.
